(cheers & applause) >> pam: after the service, the president and first lady those injured in the bombings. 11-year-old aaron hern of martinez was one of the victims who got a surprise visit from the first lady. aaron was injured while watching his mother finish the race. aaron's mother posted on facebook, that her son is almost completely free of most of the medical tubes, and his neck brace has been removed. while he is improving, it is still not known how long aaron will remain in the hospital. more chilling video
